Custom and special orders require a non-refundable deposit and are considered final sale. Once placed, these orders cannot be canceled or modified. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including manufacturing or transportation delays.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted with prior approval from Designs West Home. Approved returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. It is the buyer's responsibility to measure doorways, stairways, and all access points to ensure purchased items will fit.
Where manufacturer warranties apply, Designs West Home will assist in facilitating claims, but we do not offer warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Use of products in commercial settings, including rentals or hospitality, voids manufacturer warranties.
Designs West Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
All website content, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Designs West Home and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
