Store Policy

  • We want you to love everything you bring home. All returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be approved by Designs West Home prior to processing.

     

    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and cancellations.

    • Requests must be made within a reasonable, a week or less, timeframe as determined by the store.

    • Items must be in new, unused condition to be considered for return.

    • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

    • Buyers are responsible for ensuring all purchased items will fit through entryways, doorways, and staircases.

    • Designs West Home is not responsible for merchandise that does not fit.

    • Merchandise picked up by the customer is transported at the buyer's own risk.

    • All custom and special orders are final sale and require a non-refundable deposit.

    • No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

    • Estimated delivery dates are subject to change based on manufacturer availability, production schedules, and transportation conditions.

    • Designs West Home is not liable for delays beyond its control.

  • We offer white glove delivery throughout Flagstaff and Northern Arizona.

     

    • Flagstaff city limits:$99

    • Nearby delivery (within 10–15 miles): $$125

    • Statewide delivery across Arizona: Starting at $250, final fee determined by mileage.

    • We cannot provide specific delivery times, only scheduled delivery days.

    • Our delivery team cannot move, haul away, or rearrange existing furniture in your home.

    • Delivery includes placement of new items only.

    • Storage Fees: Designs West understands you may not be able to take possession of your furniture when it arrives. We will work to accommodate you. After 3 months of storage, Designs West will assess a 2%per month storage fee on furniture being held.

    • Designs West Home offers no warranties beyond what is written on your sales order.

    • We will assist customers in submitting manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.

    • Mattresses do not come with a comfort guarantee.

    • Merchandise used for commercial purposes (including Airbnb, VRBO, hotels) voids all manufacturer warranties.

    • Clearance items are sold as-is, with no warranty, refund, or exchange.

    • Phone orders: A valid government-issued ID is required to complete any purchase made over the phone. In order to prevent fraud, additional verification information may be required when using a credit card to make purchases over the phone.
