Our Policy

Designs West Home provides an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on helping our customers find the best selection of furniture and home furnishings for our clients.  Although we try our best, at times a certain product may not fit the customers needs. If we have ordered a custom ordered piece with a deposit, the policy is non-refundable deposit for custom ordered pieces and a 20% restocking fee for general returns within 7 days.  Delivery is available within Flagstaff city limits for $99 and $125 within 10 miles of the store.  We also offer delivery to Northern AZ towns such as Munds Park Williams, Winslow, Ash Fork, Sedona for $200.
